The Risk Management function is headed by Ms. Lubna Tiwana. She is an experienced risk management professional with a strong background in the banking sector, currently serving as the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at Raqami Islamic Digital Bank Limited. Lubna has over 30 years of experience in the field of banking. She holds a Master’s in Investment Management from Bayes Business School, City University of London with distinction, and a master's in public administration from Quaid-i-Azam University with a Gold Medal. She is also a Britannia Chevening Scholarship holder with Premier Award of being the most outstanding candidate from Pakistan. Throughout her career, she has held senior level roles including Chief Credit Officer and Chief Risk Officer at Askari Bank, National Bank of Pakistan, Khushhali Microfinance Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan.
